Warranty
1️⃣ Furniture Acceptance
When receiving furniture, check the integrity of the packaging, glass, and mirrors. Conduct the remaining inspection during furniture assembly.
2️⃣ Detected Defect
If you discover a manufacturing defect during assembly, pause the assembly (do not discard the packaging or remove identification labels) and report the defect by phone listed in the Contacts section.
3️⃣ Warranty Period
The manufacturer guarantees that the furniture complies with standard 16371-93 when used correctly. Furniture purchased at the "Mir Mebeli" store has a warranty of 6 months to 5 years, depending on the product. During this period, you can request a replacement for defective or non-compliant items.
4️⃣ Warranty Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover parts that have already been installed or show obvious signs of use (e.g., screws inserted or holes made).
- Defects must be reported to the manager by phone.
- Claims are accepted only with a receipt.
- Claims regarding technical specifications, design, color, size, or subjective taste are not accepted after purchase.
5️⃣ Defect Resolution Process
Defects identified during the warranty period are corrected within 14–30 business days from the date the claim is received. If correction is impossible, the manufacturer reserves the right to replace the product with the same or equivalent item.
6️⃣ Remote Claims
If the buyer cannot submit a written claim in person (e.g., not in Dnipro), the following must be sent by email:
- Description of the defect or issue
- Photo of the product in full
- Close-up photo of the defect
- Photo of the instruction manual highlighting the defective part
- Photos of the packaging labels
