Furniture Assembly

The furniture assembly and installation service is provided for an additional fee and depends on the complexity of the product.
The cost is 7–15% of the product price, but not less than 100 UAH.

Example:
The assembly of a three-door sliding wardrobe costs approximately 600 UAH.

Please check the exact assembly cost with a sales consultant in the store or by phone.
Payment for the service is made after the work is completed and the Certificate of Completion is signed.
The possibility of furniture assembly on the day of delivery should be clarified in advance.

Recommendations for Unpacking and Assembly

The purchased furniture requires professional assembly. If desired, you can order the assembly service from our specialists.

Important!

Defects and damage to furniture resulting from self-transportation or self-assembly are not covered by warranty.

During unpacking and assembly, please check the completeness and condition of all parts.
If you find mechanical damage or manufacturing defects, such as:

  • peeling of the coating

  • stains

  • deformations or other defects

do not install such parts.

Warranty Replacement of Parts

If the furniture is assembled by someone other than the seller’s representative, and a manufacturing defect is detected, you must:

  • pack the defective part without any signs of installation in the original cardboard packaging

  • make sure the packaging contains a label with the manufacturer’s marking

  • take photos of the defect and the package number

  • send the photos to [email protected], indicating your contact phone number

After receiving the email, a sales manager will contact you.

❗ If these conditions are not met, the replacement of the defective part is carried out at the buyer’s expense.
